Our local food and drink suppliers are very important to us, as we are committed to keeping our food miles as low as possible. Mike Green our Head chef works closely with many of his local suppliers to maintain the high standards he requires.

Fresh fish is primarily supplied by 2 local fisherman who are registered in Cardigan Bay where sustainable fishing is the prime objective. They supply the Falcondale with lobster, crab and seabass when in season.
