Pets Welcome

To ensure that dogs and their owners have an enjoyable stay here at the Falcondale Mansion hotel we have produced a few guidelines that you can use.

It is advisable that you read the countryside code prior to taking your dog into the local Welsh countryside.

Booking your stay - As dogs tend to shed a ittle more hair than their owners a small cleaning charge will be made.

Before arrival - Ensure you pack everything that your dog might need, e.g. blankets, food bowls, poo bags, leads etc. etc.

Arrival - If you find that you have forgotten anything please ask at reception. We have a few items that you can borrow during your stay if needed.

Your bedroom - Should your dog accidentally cause any damage to the room fixtures or fittings, the cost of repairs or replacement will be charged.

Public lounges - We do allow dogs in the lounge areas as long as our other residents and guests do not mind.

Meal times - We can store fresh meat or titbits in our freezer or refrigerator as long as it is suitable packaged. No dogs are allowed in either restaurant.

Excercising - There are plenty of paths and tracks within the hotel grounds, but if you would like to stretch your legs further ask at reception for information regarding longer walks in the area.

Remember to clean up after you when out and about

Other dogs - Pudgley and Major are the two hotel dogs who are friendly and inquisitive. The local residents also like to walk their dogs on the hotel drive.

Departing - Don't forget to pack everything in the car, and don't forgot favourite toys and blankets.
